Download the LPOA/Fee Payment Authorization form and fax a signed copy back to us at  954-431-2648 , or scan and email the form to us at admin@uptickcm.com.

Download the Disclosure Document and fax back a signed copy to  954-431-2648 .

Select USD Account (F2) and select account type (Individual, Joint, etc), and 
click "Open an Account."
Fill out your Personal Contact information.
Fill out your Employment and Bank information.
Fill out your Trading and Financial information.
Passwords and Agreements. 
NOTE: Please type in Uptick Capital Management, LLC as your REFERRING AGENT.
Read and Print Customer Agreement.
Print your temporary account number and funding instructions.
Fund your account. You're now ready to get started!
